• Payments
Payment for your procedure may be made by cash, personal check, bank check, or credit card and is due 2 weeks prior to the date of your surgery. Your payment is made to "MetroHealth Medical Center" and is posted in your pre-paid account. In the event that you cancel your surgery, a full refund will be issued to you less the original consultation fee which is not refundable.

• Procedure Quotes
After we determine the best procedure(s) for you, a quote letter will be prepared outlining surgeon's fee, anesthesia fee, facility fee and other costs (post-anethesia care, implants, lab testing, observation or admission charges). The quote for the surgeon's fee is good for 6 months. Facility and anesthesia fees are subject to change without notice.

• Additional Costs
If an overnight stay in the hosptial is required but was not planned and paid for in advance, the cost of the hospital stay is billed to and the the responsibility of the patient. Hospitalization required by a surgical/anesthetic complication is normally covered by your CosmetAssure® agreement (if applicable).
